Need An Escape?

As stay-at-home orders continue and our everyday routines have been dramatically altered amid the coronavirus epidemic, many people are looking for more ways to entertain themselves. One of the easiest ways for me is escaping into a good book, and thankfully, books are easy to access without leaving home.

No matter what is going on in the world, I find that a good book can provide insight, comfort, or a welcome escape. You may want to finally tackle a novel that has been sitting on your shelf for years, revisit an old favorite, or try something completely different – maybe a genre you have never explored before. For those that have never been a “book reader,” now is a good time to give it a try.

If you are looking to add reading material to your quarantine list and not sure what book to choose, try the Gabriel Allon Series from Daniel Silva. This terrific multi-edition thriller and espionage series will keep you busy for weeks or months. I've read every one of these novels except the latest edition, which I will get to this month.
